Hmm, I don’t really have a favourite. I sort stick to what works for me and try to schedule out what and when to eat.
The 2468 diet is really good cause it keeps your body guessing as to how many calories it’s going to receive. It’s quite effective as well.
I usually increase the amount of calories to 4 6 8 10, to give me more energy to exercise though.
