Today’s intake

I was in library studying and I overheard these 15 year old boys talking about how one of them lost 6kg by fasting…
Idk how to feel about this tbh.

Anyway, today has been good, I thought it would be a lot harder cause I’d be watching my friends eat their lunch while I sat and watched but I was quite contempt with my bottle of water.

Breakfast- 1/3 cup of oats
Tsp of honey
1/4 cup of skim milk
= 200 calories

Dinner- boiled chicken with mushrooms and asparagus
= 200 calories

Total calorie intake- 400 calories

I didn’t have time to exercise today which happens most Tuesdays and Fridays so not too worried.
